- Code profiling and transformation for energy efficiency
- Energy-aware large scale distributed systems, such as Grids, Clouds and service computing
- Energy, performance, quality of service and other resource tradeoffs
- Energy-aware algorithms and application design
- Energy-aware language abstractions, programming systems
- Energy-efficient architectures
- Green computing in multi core/many core systems
- Intelligent Energy Management
- Low-radiation in wireless devices and e-waste
- System-level optimization, cross-layer coordination

Conference proceedings and publications
All submitted contributions will undergo peer review.
Accepted papers will be published in Springer's LNICST series and will appear in the SpringerLink, one of the largest digital libraries online that covers a variety of scientific disciplines, as well as in the ICST's own EU Digital Library (EUDL).
LNICST volumes are submitted for inclusion to leading indexing services, including DBLP, Google Scholar, ACM Digital Library, ISI Proceedings, EI Engineering Index, CrossRef, Scopus. See http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-1068921-0 for more information about indexing.
Authors are also encouraged to submit ad extended version of their GreenTech paper to the special issue of The Computer Journal of the British Computer Society (Oxford).
Best paper award
The program committee will designate one paper accepted to the conference as GreenTech Best Paper. The winner(s) will be declared during the conference.
Submission guidelines
- Papers should be in English.
- Papers should be between 5 and 8 pages.
- Previously published work may not be submitted, nor may the work be concurrently submitted to any other conference or journal. Such papers will be rejected without review.
